A Mother's Retreat

This client requested a master bedroom make over, I hope that we have provided her a Mother's Retreat she will love and enjoy. My opinion is that it turned out just lovely.

Bedroom:

We added a bit of life to the bathroom as well. The existing wallpaper was worth keeping, this room just needed a little sprucing up.

Little Miss L's Playroom

I think this playroom turned out princess perfect!

She requested a ballet bar and mirror.

The stage will be perfect for any performance she could imagine. The fun and functional craft area will be useful for many years. Patrick and JC did a great job building all of this in a very short time frame.

We even tricked out the closet. I mean what little girl doesn't need a basket of crowns and pretty crown hooks that make it easy to hang up your costume when you are exhausted from performing!?

We had such a great time pulling this room together.

JC may have had the most fun!?

I was so pleased to receive this text and from the mom, the next day which read "fashion shows have begun"

Little Miss L's Bedroom

Look at this precious bedroom we did this week for little Miss L. My pictures didn't turn out so great but the real room is so sweet!

Patrick found the bed and vanity, he painted them a wonderful pale green-turqouisey color. We installed gingerbread brackets and made bookshelves for her. We took 2 wonderful smocked top, sheer panels from Tuesday Mornings and made the bed crown. We stole the bedside table and mirror above the bed from another room and painted them white. We stole them from the master bedroom, which we made over this week as well. Photos coming soon, however I must show you the playroom tomorrow because it's AWESOME!!

What Caught My Eye Today

Getting home again tonight, having worked over 14 hours today ( only by choice ~ I LOVE what Ido!!) I am too tired to do a creative post. I am simply going to check my fun emails (blogs I follow) and pass them on to you, "what caught my eye today"!
